Upon creation of an instance, default fund account information is set. The Default Fund Account is where all initial entries, as well as credit and interest entries, are placed for future allocation. When a Fund is added, the total active amount from the initial series will be added to the Default Fund Account. Users can see the initial allocation in the budget overview based on the Site and Project name as well as the object code set as the default for the Fund Account. In this example, The site name is set to “Default Fund Account Site” with the corresponding project titled “District Fund Account” and object code “unallocated funds”.
