Make sure your browsers are up to date. The menus for browsers can and have changed significantly between even minor versions.

Chrome: as of Ver. 111.0.5563.65 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings

This subsection contains: 'Recent Activity', 'Permissions', 'Additional permissions', 'Content', 'Additional content'

>Recent Activity (should contain foresitepro.io, click on it to open the site's individual settings/permissions)

** If forsitepro.io is NOT listed in recent activity then scroll down to 'Additional permissions' **

>> Notifications: Allow

>> Pop-ups and redirects: Allow

>> Automatic Downloads: Allow

>Additional permissions (You can add FSP site for customized behavior here and in 'Content' section if you want - Recommended!)

>> Sites can ask to download multiple files: ON / Selected

>Content

>> Pop-ups and redirects: Set to 'Sites can send…' but better to add FSP site for customized behavior.

>Additional content

>> PDF documents: Set to 'Download PDFs'

You might also want to change the default download behavior here:

Settings > Downloads

>Ask where to save each file before downloading: On

********************************************************************************************

Edge: as of Version 111.0.1661.44 (Official build) (64-bit)

Settings > Cookies and site permissions

This subsection contains: 'All sites', 'Recent Activity', 'All permissions'

>Recent Activity (should contain foresitepro.io, click on it to open the site's individual settings/permissions)

** If forsitepro.io is NOT listed it's best to create a customized entry for it rather than change these settings for all sites **

>> Pop-ups and redirects: Allow

>> Automatic downloads: Allow

>> PDF documents: Always download PDF files (PDF view settings is optional, your mileage and preferencess may vary)

** If you don't create or edit an existing custom setting for FSP, then proceed to edit the above in 'All Settings' (not recommended, it's up to you) **

** You can create custom settings per site in each setting's management window ('Add' button) **

Settings > Downloads

>> Ask me what to do with each download: On

>> Open files in the browser: Off (if your intention is to only download and not immediately view)

>> Show downloads menu when a download starts: On
