Debit Entries
Enabled Debit Entries in Program>Fund Accounts
Users can now remove funds from FSP when they are no longer required to be reported on.
Added a new Entry Type option "Debit" to the existing Credit and Interest options for Program>Fund Accounts>Add Entry
Negative Entry Amounts are now allowed when the Entry Type is set to Debit.
Negative Entry Amount subtracts from the Fund balance and should not exceed the total available in the Fund
