Activity Center

The Activity Center is a centralized tool within FSP that empowers users to efficiently manage their project tasks and access recently visited pages. Designed with simplicity and productivity in mind, the Activity Center streamlines task assignment, tracking, and monitoring for seamless project execution.

Accessing the Activity Center

Click the briefcase near the top of the side ribbon.

My Open Tasks

The My Open Tasks lists Open and In Progress tasks assigned to the user across all Programs and Projects. Tasks will appear on this list as they are assigned to you from Project>Tasks.

  • Clicking the Task name will open the Task side drawer for review.

  • Clicking the Project in the Task breadcrumb will navigate you to that Project> Tasks tab

    • If your tenant is multi-Program, when you click a Project in a different Program than the one you're currently in, FSP will navigate to and notify you of the Program switch.

Recents

The Activity Center also incorporates a recently visited pages section, displaying a history of (up to) the last 20 pages the user has accessed within FSP. This convenient feature allows users to quickly revisit essential project-related information without navigating through various menus.

  • Recent pages visited are Program-agnostic.

  • Clicking the entity name will open the entity side drawer.

  • Clicking the breadcrumb will navigate you to the selected location.
